Orkfia – Downtime
Hey there.
[Updated @ ~18:10ST August 10th]
To summerize whats happend this weekend.
The server where both Orkfian versions is hosted on has been down now for close to 48hours, and previous to that the game was down during the night before this downtime.
Martel has been notified and as far as we know we are waiting for the hosting company to sort the problem out first thing in the morning.
I hope you all managed okey during this weekend, meanwhile Orkfia is down feel free to drop by the Portal Forum or just hang around on #orkfia at IRC.

Like most of you already probably are aware of the server came back online this morning.
We hope that not to many of you had any harm done to your tribes other then ending up in the resource list;)
For me myself it was only a matter of my Classic tribe running out of food:)
Thanks to everyone that dropped by here during the downtime and that took more time then usualy on IRC, I hope you’ll stay around more even now when the game is up and running again

Well the good point about it., i could sleep very long and dont have to worry about my land being grabbed
Not cool!!! But yeah in a way, it went down right after my 335 acre grab so i hope that was forgotten =]

ive played several online games somehad downtimes of 3 to 4 days and yeti played it like 3.5 years. If you dont like thegame you would have been gone anyway in a week or 2 and this thing is just speeding things up. And ifyou like it you can handle it. or play more games so when one frops 3 left to do.

bad things about long sleeps. When i sleep lets say from 01.00 till 13.00 i feel very tired. when i sleep form 01.00 till 09.00 i feel realy fit. weird

well it would be nice if they add a button like they had on classic to re-enter the game. otherwise when it goes online lets say ST 10.00 tomorrow america people sleep, european people work. so that wouldnt be nice.
