War Report – The Smurfs Vs. Mr Men

War #24 the smurfs VS #15 Mr Men

After creating the alliance (#24) with several friends, it was nessecary to stock up the market and get the science in order. So the first few weeks were mainly about pumping sci and getting more players to join our fine alliance. We’ve got declared on once by alliance #73, but reacted quickly, killed one of their tribes and offered a truce.

We got back to pumping sci and recruiting players, till finally we had 11 players and one more to come. I decided to look around to find potential wartargets to see if the players that we had recruited were actually up to the task of being in a topalliance. I found a suitable target in #15 and posted all the info on the forum. I had one more day of work and then we could go war….

The following is personal report out of my diary: After working 12 hours I came home absolutely happy of being off from work for the next couple of days and being able to war again.. I tried to login………..

This is where the mentioned diary flew out the window (anyone know if I can declare orkfia based damages to my house?). The server was once again down, and thus so was I. I decided to get wasted and hope for the best the next day.

Abruptly I was woken by the sound of my telephone. Got out of bed too late to answer it, so I decided to try to login. The orkfian gods were smiling down on us today, because I was able to login. I also found out my co-elder declared war, which wasn’t bad, but he should have done it just before the tick and not 10 minutes after a tick. With 6 people online we then killed the first one, which was very easy. Sorry Mr Sneeze, but ml 2, that’s just asking for it.

Since all the tribes in #15 had converted to half turtlemode, we had to find the next suitable target. We skipped back and forth between two targets but went with the one that didn’t have 20% churches incoming. I knew we wouldn’t succeed at first but had two players that were coming home from work and could be back for a second KT.

About ten minutes after we had our failed KT, they had surrendered to my surprise. Our market had greatly improved and i was happy. #15 on the other hand had no idea why they surrendered. I told my alliance to get back to grow/labmode, but keep sufficient magedefense for an eventual retal.

This retal happened at night, they declared war and targetted Full smurf. Gladly Lazy smurf was online to surrender to prevent Full smurf’s death. We gave back a little sci and some of the market, but came out with a better market then before the wars. And it gave me an idea of our activity and also of the newly formed #15’s activity.

Now let’s hope no more flying fruity obstacles fly in to the server, so that stays up and we can keep playing.
