Here is the age changes for Alliances at War – Age 26.
Churches and Guard houses
Increased resistance/protection from 2% per % built to 2.5% per % built.
Alliance Archives
Added JavaScript for the archives again.
Spells
All spells will be updated when doing an instacast (mystics selfspells).
Added a 50% size penalty to spell success rates for tribes targeting someone under 50% their size or over 200% (like current thievery).
Fixed Juranimousity (forces thieves out for two hours, 2-5% of this number are killed, max 60% can be forced out at a time).
Efficient Mobilization: Increase percent gains from 0.125 – 0.75 % to 0.4 – 0.8 %.
- Also fixed the difference in gains while an army is out or not.
Operations
2 new black operations to destroy Farms or Yards.
Exploration
Changed citizens and defence required for an explore from “8% of land” to “10%”.
Fame
Lowered offense bonus to 1% per 1500 fame (from 1% per 1000 fame) Minimum set to 3.3%, was 5%.

Increase light elf spell damage from +25% to +35%.
Increase credits received from heritage by 1.5x.Istari (0/5) – 1700 cr changed to 1500 cr.
Valar Scion (2/4) – 1200 cr changed to 1025 cr.
Uruk Hai
Saruman’s Haste causes BC, raze and H+R to have 4 hour attack intervals instead of two (two hour attack time + 2 hour rest).
Roar of the Horde swaps with Cover of Mordor (which becomes the ork racial spell). Was first announced to be renamed, we just didn’t.Roar of the Horde (Special Uruk hai spell):
+5% offense (reduced from 10%)
10% chance to return a spell as a huge fireball

War Report – [Bamse] vs. MH (2004)
This is a rear view mirror war report written back in june 13th 2004.
June 13th 2004
[Bamse] had just ended a long and intense war with OTF (#355), and was soon becoming awear of the growing concern Mostly Harmless – MOstly Themeless (#349). As the age slowly ran from mid-age too late-age [Bamse] stod befor 2 choices.
We could either continue too grow as would MH and procrastinate a future to come battle or we could fight them out now. The choice was quiet obvious to [Bamse].
The decisions was many, plans was slowly made. MH was looking rather nasty with thier 6 immortal High Elves, and supported with some heavy Wood Elves (and a few other TMs), which made us unsure if we were making the right decision.
Finally the buildings were built, we were hoping for a suprise attack, but didnt count on it.
A killtarget was set, guilds almost filled, last recons were made, showing thier HEs increasing thier CH/GH’s, the cover was blown (as suspected would be), but at 05:01:48 ST the final blow was lade in Weeee Cartoons Rule! NOT (#349) a ~7200 acre High Elf.
This woke MH up for real, thier TMs was getting the guilds and the acads, but [Bamse] set a new killtarget, Kewl d00dz (#349) had been chosen, and after surviving the first wave of OPs he shortly realised he would die, so he realsed allmost all his offence a sum of ~280k sages, all gone but ~60k.
Shortly after a thired target would be chosen, a some what harder one aswell, With 20/20 % CH/GH + ML 1 Going |llll|llll|llll|-y alone (#349) was chosen as second target. This was proved to be a tough and long kill, as we had unluck with DMs gettingn throw and he was lucky they didnt. But after a long stuggle the final blow was aswell laid in Going |llll|llll|llll|-y alone (#349) at 04:06:59 ST, a ~7400 acre High Elf.
Mostly Harmless – Mostly Themeless (#349), were now responding with heavy TM artillery on [Bamse] Teddy (#3), but gave up seeing as he keept surviving thier kill attempts. MH change target, and started on [Bamse] Surre as he had a larger amount of money on himself proven to apperently not be around he died shortly after and the final blow was laid in [Bamse] Surre 11:00:05 ST, a ~6000 acre Wood Elf.
As the fourth target had been elected, and at 15:00:18 ST the final blow was laid in Jelloman (#349), a ~7200 acre High Elf.
Now the real WAR decleration came, at 16:47:58 ST war was declared on by [Bamse] #3.
Mostly Harmless – Mostly Themeless (#349) showing they wouldnt lay still, continued on [Bamse] Burre, getting him down too 67k citz the first update, surely proving his death the rest of [Bamse] keept thier phones ringing but without a answer, though here the luck was shown, precisly at xx:58:20 [Bamse] Burre logged on and saved himself from a sure death. Building his homes and securing his tribe for a short while.
But at 18:00:28 ST the final blow came at [Bamse] Burre, a ~3600acre Wood Elf.
A hour later we coul se: 2004-06-12 19:03:16 Alliance #349 surrendered! You won the war!, befor the war started, kind of funny.
Shortly after a tripple kill were made on [Bamse] Vargen, a ~3000 acre High elf. [Bamse] responded with attitude and made a kill on Catching Butterflies (#349), a ~4200acre Wood Elf.
And from here came some failed kill attempts on [Bamse] Skalman, [Bamse] Snaskus sork, and from [Bamse], failing to kill Pillow Humpers of Orkfia (#349).

AatW – Down again
Hey.
As mentioned in the last entry, the aatw server has now been moved to a better computer, this would increase performance etc.
The server just went down again about an hour ago.
Hopefully it’ll be back up soon again.

War Report – A Warrior’s tale
#45 vs. #39
“We knew something was amiss, we had not heard a sound from the cartoons in several months. As ordered by our elder Monkey Brains, I quickly sent out my spies to see what they were planning. We had just bested them, although it was a close call, but little did I think they’d go after us again. Alas, as my spies returned with reports of thieves gathering as flies on garbage, blacksmiths working day and night to produce arms, and a great army gathering a bit too close to our borders, I raised the alarm.
In the end, we were too late. Before I had planned my defenses, the town watch raised the alarm. I fortified the keep, on the lookout for spies wreaking havoc from within. This was probably, in hindsight, my downfall. The insidious cartoons had another plan.
Shadows suddenly appeared on my courtyard, and so did beads of sweat on my forehead. The summoned dragons laid waste to the surrounding farmlands and villages, breaking down the spires of the few academies I had.
Broken, I watched in disbelief as the dragons continued to disintegrate my kingdom. Just when I thought it was over, the ground started to shake. My first fear was another magical assault, then, over the rumbling, I could hear horns and drums. Their army was upon me already!
We were overwhelmed. My army routed. My keep in flames. It was the end. As I ran through the streets of my capital, I saw fire fall from the sky like rain, and all was lost in the inferno.
It is now several months since I fled the keep, taking several wounds in the process. I fear I shall not live to tell you this tale in person. If I fall, this letter shall be delivered to the alliance council with all due haste.
Avenge me! Avenge my people!”

Walt Disney vs The Monkey Family
Years ago, these two great alliances clashed in an epic war that up to this day, the RIVALRY continues, the old blood seems to boil again and it cannot be avoided…another great war is about to begin!
The monkeys didnt wait for the WD to get the upper hand, right after Mickey’s crew relaxed a little and cleaned thier weapons with blood, (just right after a KT) they reconverted to growth mode, thats where the Monkeys took the signal and officially declared WAR upon our crew. We were caught with our pants down!
they quickly killed our big HE attacker Donald Duck by grabbing 4000 acres by the bigger attacker monkeys. Donald duck didnt stood a chance
Next on the Monkeys list is our templar Stich, but by this time almost all our crew were notified about the war and getting ready for any decisions handed by our leader, Mickey Mouse. Almost all were notified except Stich
, he was not informed about the war and that hes being killed. he survived countless KA’s on him by several big alliances but not this one
, i apologize for the noob error mate.
It was a cold moment for the WD crew, they were outgunned and outplanned by the Monkeys right that very moment, but Mickey Mouse refused to surrender and decided to fight to the death!
And so he gave the signal, the signal that we all yearned to hear..he said ” Lets get Dangerous!! ” so we lock n load!!
Coordination has never been a big problem with the WD crew, almost all of us know what to do and when to do it, Mickey gave instructions and we responded quickly, but the Monkeys didnt rest their offensive
artillery and keeps on gunning us from magic, theft, and brute force, and we hang on for dear life just bearly while waiting for the KT time.
And when the KT time arrives, we got ready, it was our time to fight back and hurl our mage, theft and melee artillary to the Monkeys, they were surprised that we responded to the declaration of war too
quickly and even expected byt he time we can kill 1 monkey they already killed 3 on us, and so we hit Flaming monkey and was killed instantly, we were overjoyed that we killed him because he will be one of those tribes that can threaten our very survival. Mickey planned our next move and we WAIT for their turn to attack.
But then we were already pumped up and ready for another kill..Mickey decided we should kill Monkey gone ape shit for his weak mage defense so we opped him with all our full mana and he also went down quickly. After this time we knew they were already ready for thier turn to cause damage so Mickey planned our next move and we WAIT for their turn to attack and hang on again for dear life.
They quickly overcame thier shock and gathered thier forces once again and the attack came shortly, this time they are targeting Nemo, our top raven, and also RobRoy our HE attacker. Luckily both tribes were alerted and quickly went to defensive mode (releasing) just to hang on and keeping the hope of winning the war.
And both tribes lived! they lived and gave us the chance to set another KT..this time it was Dooche Monkey..we set the KT and opped him but he proved to be very good in surviving too
so we changed target to thier templar G Monkey..we razed and DMed him till he got 200 citz left but luck was not on our side..just right after we clicked the Fireball button, AATW went down! The server was dead for a time, and by the time we visioned G monkey, he released 9k citz..so back to square 1, we set the KT and same tactics were used on G monkey and we killed him on the second try by this time we thought Monkeys were desperate in killing Nemo, they tried and tried but Nemo was always there to foil thier much needed acres for the win, and then they went for PLAN B, landgrab us to get the acres for the win…
Their top attackers landgrabbed Nemo that by this time were already weak and vulnerable to attacks since he keeps on releasing leets just to survive..ryt after they finished grabbing Nemo they only needed 700 acres to win the war, while we still waited for our mana to be full and execute the KT..but alas we were too late, they were able to seize the much needed acres to win the war. we watched as they took thier spoils of war (no matter how meager our market was lol).
But even if we lost the war, we couldnt asked for more in our WD crew, they were good (except the noob error we did) and we managed in giving the Monkeys trouble for those fame and market goods lol!
overall an epic war and good job on both sides..THE RIVALRY CONTINUES

Age Changes Orkfia Classic Age 44
Evening everyone.
Age 44 starts 00:00:00 night between 23th and 24th (oct ofc). First update is 01:00:00. The age lasts for four(4) weeks.
The updatebutton will be added once the changes has been uploaded, it will be removed 24hours before the age starts (with a soft reset).

New Race
Introducing Hawks in memory of Hawkwing a friend and fellow Orkfian player, who has been taken away from us too soon.
Hawks
The rulers of the skies, the hawk race is both fast and strong. They are specialized in air combat against other winged races and will suffer little casualties. On the ground they are more helpless. Hawks aren’t as swift as Ravens but their Hawkwing elite undoubtedly makes up for that.
- 2 hour return time.
- 25% of normal losses when fighting against winged, 200% when fighting non-winged.

Game tweaks.
Hideouts has in the past held room for thieves. The old formula was 2% thieves up to 15% hideouts, after that 1% thieves per 1% hideouts.
The new formula is: r = 1/(1+h/0.4)
r = room created for thieves how much space one (1) thief take, h = hideouts.
Heads up
There is currently alot going on behind the scenes with races and classes. With Hawks we now got 16 races. But keep in mind, we got 6 classes and 5 main races. guess the potential^^
